Fees
Our fees are fixed and they do not vary dependant on the size of the dispute.
There is not VAT payable.
The below fees include all preparation and administration, including speaking to the participants in advance of the mediation itself, as well as any venue hire (if required). It also includes any follow up discussion should the parties not settle at the mediation itself. There are no additional charges for travel.
The fees detailed below relate to a two party mediation. If more parties are involved in the dispute, then a separate quote can be provided.
Please note that a half day mediation is four hours and a full day mediation is 8 hours. Start and end times can be varied dependant on the parties’ availability. Weekends are also available at no extra charge.
Mediation In Person:

All additional hours outside of the above timescales are charged at £30 p/h per party.
